Nyoni (38) denied the theft charge when she appeared before Kwekwe magistrate Taurai Manwere last Friday.
Nyoni is accused of having fleeced her employer of large sums of monies.
The State led by Tinashe Mhonda told the court that on seven counts between 2012 and early this year, Nyoni manipulated stock sheets, banking records and other documents to steal the money which she converted to her own use.
Mashoko claimed that she lost $446 294, R24 176,50 and P246 through under banking, under declarations of money received from cashiers and of closing stock and deliberate manipulation of stock records by Nyoni.
