Superstar Oliver ‘Tuku’ Mtukudzi recently turned 61 and as a way to celebrate and honour him for his countless achievements as a musician his band manager Sam Mataure hosted a tribute concert for him at HICC on Friday.

Speaking about the concert Sam said: “In most cases, tributes are usually done when one has passed on but we as Harare Jazz Festival in Partnership with the National Arts Council of Zimbabwe decided to pay tribute to Oliver Mtukudzi during his lifetime in the small way that we can.”
