Administration (ZINARA) has introduced a 100% waiver on penalties for overdue vehicle licensing fees under a limited-time campaign running alongside the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair 2026.
The promotion, which runs from April 20 to May 2, allows motorists to clear outstanding licence fees without incurring penalties. The initiative is aimed at improving compliance while easing the financial burden on vehicle owners.
ZINARA said the waiver applies to payments made at its licensing offices, through authorised agents nationwide, and at selected tollgates, excluding those along the Mutare–Plumtree Highway.
The campaign is being implemented under the theme “Be One in a Million,” in alignment with activities linked to ZITF 2026, which opened Monday in Bulawayo.
Authorities expect the initiative to boost compliance and enhance revenue collections.
Motorists are urged to take advantage of the limited window to regularise their vehicle licensing status.
