Delta Beverages has launched yet another brand, Magnum.

The new brand was launched in Harare at the Chapmans Golf Club on Friday evening at an event which saw one of South Africa’s leading musicians Judith Sephuma performing.

Tumbuka Dance Group also performed at the same event and their act revealed the Magnum pack to the revellers.

Speaking to NewsDay, Sandra Madovi a Delta Beverages Brand manager said Magnum was a product exclusive to Zimbabwe.

“Magnum which is a Latin word meaning ‘big’, is a first in Zimbabwe. We decided to brew it specifically for our stylistic and sophisticated consumers after noticing that there was a gap in our premium (green bottles) portfolio,” said Madovi.

She added that the product is packaged in a 660ml bottle and it is different from other brands such as Pilsener, Zambezi and Bohlingers which are packaged in 340ml and 750ml bottles.
