WESTPROP Holdings, the developer of Millennium Heights, has redefined sustainable urban living with the installation of a one-megawatt solar plant that now covers its 54-bay car park. More parking bays on upcoming apartment blocks will also be fitted with solar panels, generating additional energy for the estate, the company said.
As part of the commitment it made when pioneering the 1 000-unit estate, WestProp delivered a green energy solution through a solar-powered car park that now supplies electricity to the apartments, ensuring an uninterrupted power supply.
