Aasha’s latest body of work is made up of paintings in acrylic and oil paint on canvas.

During a quiet moment on the exhibition opening day a grizzled old man casually shuffled in as if coming from nowhere.

Since his debut solo exhibition, the artist has shown his work at many top shows, including FNB Art Joburg and Kuvhunura at The Blachère Foundation in Apt, France.

A similar exhibition concept was applied by the late, internationally renowned curator Olabisi (Bisi) Silva through a pop-up project she dubbed The Gallery of Small Things (GoST).
