This follows a successful court application by Harare North legislator Allan Markham (CCC) who took Ziyambi and Machaya to court demanding action on asset disclosure .

The court heard that the couple divorced after Ndoro was found with a sex worker at a Newlands joint in Harare.

The matter was remanded to July 13 for continuation of trial.

The alleged incident happened at the Harare Magistrates Court after Aleshina had attended her employee’s court case in December 2020.

Katsimberis is being represented by Advocate Tinomuda Chinyoka who is taking instructions from Mutumbwa, Mugabe and Partners.

The betting company had made a counter-report of fraud and refused to pay a punter who placed a bet and won $5 200.
