Eleven years after joining the Premier Soccer League, Kudzai Bare has been entrusted with one of the organisation's most important commercial roles.

The Premier Soccer League announced in a statement the appointment of Kudzai Bare as its new marketing manager, with effect from 1 June 2026.

According to the PSL, the appointment follows a thorough and competitive recruitment process aimed at identifying a dynamic leader capable of driving the league's marketing, commercial and brand development agenda.

Bare brings considerable institutional knowledge to the role, having been with the Premier Soccer League since 2015. During that period, she led the communications and media department, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the league's visibility, stakeholder engagement and public profile.

She holds a master's degree in media studies, among other professional qualifications, and possesses extensive experience in Zimbabwean football. Her strong understanding of the football landscape, coupled with her expertise in brand development, stakeholder relations and audience engagement, positions her well to drive the league's commercial growth, strengthen its brand presence and expand revenue-generating opportunities.

The Premier Soccer League congratulated Bare on her appointment and wished her every success in her new role.
