THE Castle Lager Premier Soccer League (PSL) takes a break again this weekend to pave way for the semi-finals of the Chibuku Super Cup which have been scheduled for Rufaro Stadium in Harare on Saturday and Sunday.

FC Platinum play Black Rhinos on Saturday before Highlanders engage Harare City 24 hours later. Both matches will be broadcast by SuperSport.
Two weeks ago, the PSL took another break to accommodate the staging of the NetOne Wallet Cup final, pitting Dynamos and Triangle at the National Sports Stadium. Triangle won 4-3 on penalties.
The league resumed over the weekend with log leaders Dynamos claiming a 1-0 victory over Buffaloes to consolidate their place at the top while second-placed ZPC Kariba overcame Triangle 1-0 to maintain their position.
Caps United handed Highlanders a comprehensive 4-0 defeat to remain in third place with the Bulawayo giants laying fourth with just five matches left in the campaign.

That smooth flow will be interrupted once again this weekend, as the PSL has lined up the Chibuku Super Cup semi-finals.
Zimbabwe Under-23 coach Kalisto Pasuwa had opted not to travel with the Young Warriors to Swaziland for today’s international friendly match on the basis that his team which was scheduled to take on Chapungu in their league clash would be without a coach as his assistant Philemon Mutyakureva is attending a Caf B licence course in Bulawayo.
Pasuwa had criticised the match as Zimbabwe have been drawn to play against Swaziland in the Under-23 championships, which are the qualifiers of the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.
Unbeknown to Pasuwa, the match had been arranged before the draw was done last month.
Highlanders powered their way into the semi -finals after overcoming How Mine 3-1.
FC Platinum edged Caps United 1-0 courtesy of an own goal by defender George Nyirenda while Black Rhinos thrashed Triangle 4-0. Harare City beat Chiredzi 2-1 to advance to the last four of the tournament.
