LEADERSHIP development expert and author, Patson Dzamara, will today release a single love track titled Tichembedzane, which is part of his debut album that will be out in March.

Dzamara told NewsDay yesterday that he was releasing the song in time for the Valentine’s Day which is celebrated every February 14 worldwide.
“It’s a song about love. Two lovers are pledging their unending love for each other. They are promising each other that they shall be together through lack, plenty and all till they grow old together,” he said.
This follows the release of another single Ndimi Vanhu Wangu, which was produced at Jah Prayzah Studios in Harare and launched in October last year.

Dzamara, who is a brother to abducted human rights activist Itai Dzamara, said three of the songs off the album would be collaborations with established musicians.
He said although he was yet to name the forthcoming album, it was likely to be titled Rova Nedanda (Hit with a big stick).
Dzamara said despite his love for music, he would not do it as a full-time occupation, but would use it to preach the gospel of leadership.
“To me it’s a hobby and just another platform to use while spreading my leadership and motivation messages. I have written books, I have written movie scripts. Now I do songs, too. I want to use every available communication medium to the best of my ability in order to spread the message God gave me,” he said.
Dzamara said he drew his inspiration for music from Leonard Zhakata, Alexio Kawara and Tongai Moyo.
