Former Standard Chartered Bank Zimbabwe chief executive Washington Matsaira has been appointed group chief executive officer of TSL Limited.
Matsaira, a renowned banker, was at the helm of the countrys oldest bank for almost 11 years.
In a statement, TSL chairman Charles Nyereyegona said: Washington joins the TSL Group following a long and distinguished career in the financial sector.
TSL Limited, a Zimbabwe-based holding company, is engaged along with its subsidiaries in diversified sectors, such as agricultural input and services, warehousing and logistics, auctioning of tobacco, printing and packaging, horticulture and car rental services.
