SEVEN people died on the spot this morning while four were seriously injured when the driver of a commuter omnibus lost control and rammed into a tree at Chinhamo shops along the Seke Road.

The Chitungwiza-bound commuter omnibus was coming from Harare.

The bodies were taken to Parirenyatwa Hospital mortuary while the injured were referred Chitungwiza General Hospital. Police National Traffic Operations, Assistant Commissioner Shelton Dube confirmed the accident.
