Former Prime minister and MDC-T leader Morgan Tsvangirai on Friday scored a victory against the ‘renewal faction’ of his MDC-T party after the High Court stopped his intended appearance before a disciplinary hearing meant to expel him from the party.
Tsvangirai was recently ‘summoned’ by the Renewal Team led by ‘expelled’ party secretary-general Tendai Biti to appear before a disciplinary committee facing 17 counts of violating the party’s constitution. -Charles Laiton
