One person died on the spot and four by-standers were injured when a bus belonging to Mbofana Motors developed a brake failure and smashed into a tree at Gokwe-Nembudziya growth point on Monday. Some of the injured were ferried to Kadoma hospital and some to the nearby Gokwe-Nembudziya district hospital.
