In a notice last Friday, the college said it intends to open a clinic in two weeks’ time to curb absenteeism by students as they look for health services outside the institution.

“This serves to inform you of our intention to open a clinic at the college, two weeks from the date of advertisement,” the college said. “The clinic is designed to offer health services to Mkoba Teachers’ College so as to reduce absenteeism from lectures, seeking health services from outside clinics.”
