BancABC has a growing network of 49 kiosks strategically located in high-traffic retail spaces, including selected TM Pick n Pay stores. But that’s not all—some kiosks are found outside TM Pick n Pay stores, including Mbare Market Hub, Kamativi – at the Kamativi mine, Binga Quick Mart and Beit Bridge - Gain Cash and Carry. BancABC kiosks are open Monday to Saturday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm, and are closed on Sundays and public holidays, making it easy to plan your visit. For cash withdrawals, anyone with a ZimSwitch card from any bank can withdraw cash directly from a BancABC kiosk.
BancABC kiosks offer a wide range of services designed to simplify banking, money transfers, and bill payments. These include domestic and international money transfers through providers like Mukuru, WorldRemit, Western Union, Mama Money, Sasai Remit, Shoprite Send, and BancABC’s own City Hopper, which allows Zimbabweans to send money instantly to different parts of the country; bill payments for utilities and other services; cash deposits and withdrawals; and account-related services, such as checking balances or updating details.
Additionally, you can apply for a Visa card, load your Visa card, apply for a loan, pay insurance or assurance with ZIMNAT or Nyaradzo, and settle school fees, university fees, and city council bills. Essentially, everything you can do at a BancABC branch, you can also do at a kiosk.
