Presiding magistrate Hannah Fazilahmed ruled that Chikepe’s stated income of US$30 per month from vending was not credible given his admitted responsibilities to other dependents.
The directive was delivered by Women Affairs deputy minister Kiven Mutimbanyoka during a tour of the Hatcliffe Housing Union Co-operative on Wednesday. 
“This achievement demonstrates Zimbabwe’s commitment to reform, institutional strengthening and continuous improvement,” he said.
