The National Athletics Association of Zimbabwe (Naaz)-organised event will see athletes compete in various track and field events.

Coach Kelvin Kaindu is praying that the players currently limping can pass late fitness tests ahead of the match tomorrow.

Over 1 000 athletes from the country’s 10 provinces will participate in one of the biggest events on the athletics calendar.

Tagara expressed satisfaction with the athletes' performances, pointing out some of the outstanding performances he witnessed in the Championships.
