From tin to lithium: Kamativi comes back into life after mine revival
A China investor, Yahua Group, through Kamativi Mining Company (KMC) has helped to repurpose the tin mine that was closed down in 1994 to produce the much sought after lithium.

According to the company, the completion of phase two will have a production of 2,3 million tonnes of ore producing 350 000 tonnes of spodumene concentrate for exports.
