STANBIC Bank Zimbabwe has unveiled a new brand campaign, ‘Bank On Growth’, aimed at strengthening its role in driving sustainable economic development through tailored, innovative and customer-focused financial solutions.

The campaign positions the financial institution not only as a service provider, but as a long-term partner in progress—offering insight, collaboration and solutions designed to create lasting value for individuals, businesses and communities.

Stanbic Bank Zimbabwe head of brand and marketing Tariro Memo said the initiative is a strategic repositioning that reinforces the bank’s commitment to its clients’ growth journeys.

“Driven by the mantra ‘Zimbabwe is our home, we drive her growth’, which highlights an obligation to drive local economic growth, the ‘Bank On Growth’ campaign is anchored on a clear and compelling proposition ensuring that growth is possible when ambition is matched with the right financial partner,” Memo said.

She said the campaign moves beyond transactional banking towards more transformative outcomes, enabling clients to expand businesses, build wealth, invest with confidence and secure their financial futures.

The campaign, she noted, reflects a shift in thinking about the role of banks in a fast-changing economic environment that is increasingly driven by opportunity, innovation and resilience.

Memo added that ‘Bank On Growth’ is embedded in how the bank operates on a daily basis, not just in its messaging.

“We understand that growth looks different for each client, whether it is scaling a business, acquiring a home, or building long-term wealth. Our role is to provide financial solutions, expertise, and support that makes that growth possible,” she said.

She said the initiative aligns with Stanbic Bank’s broader purpose as part of the Standard Bank Group, which is to drive Africa’s growth by delivering financial solutions that create value.

Memo said the bank continues to play a key role in Zimbabwe’s entrepreneurial ecosystem through business financing, working capital solutions, Africa-China trade facilitation, asset finance and advisory services that support sustainable expansion.

The bank also supports corporates and commercial clients through structured finance, sector-specific solutions, transactional banking, cash flow optimisation and investment and expansion support.

Individuals and households are catered for through home loans, property financing, vehicle and personal loans, as well as savings, investment and wealth creation products, she said.

The bank also serves high-net-worth clients through bespoke wealth management solutions, investment advisory services and tailored financial planning.

“The ‘Bank On Growth’ campaign focuses on deepening engagement, strengthening relationships, and converting brand affinity into measurable business outcomes. Stanbic Bank Zimbabwe is committed to walking alongside its clients, enabling progress, unlocking potential, and helping individuals and businesses move forward with certainty,” Memo said.

She said the intended outcome is that whenever customers encounter the phrase ‘Bank On Growth’, it should immediately evoke a bank that understands ambition, enables progress and represents opportunity and forward momentum.
