By Richard Zimunya Tenax coach Shadreck Mugurasawe has blamed the Easter break for his side’s loss of form after they lost to Yadah at the weekend.

Yadah’s victory came through goals by Cryrodge Denhere, Ralph Matema and Vincent Sango, while Simon Munemero scored the consolation goal for Tenax.

The result saw the Mutare-based side dropping on the log to position 13. Prior to the break Tenax had gone on a three-match unbeaten run which included their heroic 2-1 victory against Caps United at Sakubva.

“From my point of view we played very badly, that Easter break caused the setback in my team. Prior to that break we were on our peak in terms of form, but hopefully we will bounce back. I was disappointed after that match, we did not play according to game plan. Everything was a disaster, I cannot even point who did wrong because the whole team was down,” Mugurasawe told NewsDay Sport.

He hinted to some changes in the team for their next match as they seek to bounce back.

“It is going to be a busy week for us the technical team, we will try to prepare the boys. We are going to change a little bit on our training programme because what happened on Saturday was not pleasing to watch at all,” he added.  Tenax face Black Rhinos at Sakubva on Saturday.
