Twenty-two-year-old Chicken Inn left-back Farai Tsinakwadi made his PSL debut on Sunday in a 2-1 victory over Dynamos, earning praise from his coach Tonderai Ndiraya after an impressive performance.
Ndiraya shuffled his defence for the match, handing Tsinakwadi his first start ahead of regular left-back Tyrees Hikumpembe, who has featured consistently since the beginning of the season.
“The youngster played very well on Sunday. I was impressed by his performance. Hopefully he will carry on like that going forward and keep his head down,” Ndiraya said.
Tsinakwadi had not featured for Chicken Inn since joining the club from Scottland’s Division Two side at the start of the season.
