BULAWAYO, JUL. 31, (Southern Eye Live) -Two people died while nine others were injured in a road traffic accident that occurred at the 16-kilometre peg along the Karoi-Binga Road on Wednesday afternoon.
According to police, the accident involved a commuter omnibus that overturned after the driver allegedly lost control of the vehicle.
Two female passengers died on the spot while those injured passengers were taken to Karoi District Hospital for treatment.
"Two of the victims who sustained serious injuries were later transferred to Chinhoyi Provincial Hospital for further medical treatment," police said.
