Contemporary music star Jah Prayzah (pictured) is taking his latest live concept, The Jah Experience, to Beitbridge on Friday in what promises to be a major night for music lovers in the border town.
The show will see the celebrated musician perform for his fans and interact with them, with the concert expected to run into the early hours of Saturday.
Jah Prayzah’s Beitbridge appearance follows a well-received performance in Chitungwiza, where he shared the stage with artistes that included Killer T and Freeman.
The concert, which marks his maiden show in the Matabeleland region under The Jah Experience concept, is expected to draw fans from across the southern region, including Bulawayo, Gwanda, Esigodini, Zvishavane and Filabusi.
Music lovers from across the border in Messina, South Africa, are also expected to make the trip to Beitbridge for the event.
For almost two decades, Jah Prayzah has managed to remain a dominant figure in the country’s music industry, maintaining a strong following despite the emergence of new artistes and changing musical tastes.
