CASTLE Lager Premier Soccer League returnees Bulawayo Chiefs will have their 2026 playing kits sponsored by Zimbabwean betting company Bolabet.
The Ninjas confirmed the development in a statement released yesterday.
“Bulawayo Chiefs FC is thrilled to announce that Bolabet will be the official shirt sponsor for the 2026 season,” the statement read.
“This exciting partnership marks a significant milestone for our club as we continue to build our brand and enhance our competitive edge in Zimbabwean football.
“As a leading betting company in Zimbabwe, Bolabet brings a valuable commitment to excellence that aligns perfectly with our values at Bulawayo Chiefs.
“We believe that this collaboration will not only elevate our team’s profile, but also provide our fans with unique opportunities to engage with both the club and Bolabet.”

Club chief executive officer Thulani Sibanda, popularly known as Javas, expressed excitement over the partnership.

Chiefs said the Bolabet logo will feature prominently on all home, away and third kits, as well as on training and travel apparel.
“This partnership will not only enhance the club’s branding, but also provide Bolabet with a platform to connect with our passionate fanbase.
“In addition to the shirt sponsorship, both Bulawayo Chiefs and Bolabet are committed to collaborating on various marketing initiatives, match-day events, and community outreach programs that will benefit our supporters and the local community.

The Ninjas have entrusted the team to coach John Nyikadzino, who guided the club back into the country’s top flight, and have made several high-profile signings in their bid to consolidate their Premier Soccer League status.
Chiefs retained skipper Malvin Mkolo and strengthened their squad with the signing of midfielder Melikhaya Ncube from Highlanders and defender Elvis Moyo from champions Scottland.
Also at Chiefs are attacker Arthur Musiyiwa, with Malvern Hativagoni making a return to the club.
The club also signed striker Kelly Shiyandindi from Hwange, goalkeeper Matriples Muleya, and prolific forward Brian Muza from Chicken Inn.
Chiefs further bolstered their squad with the acquisition of defender Blessing Kagudu, strikers Clive Rupiya and Denzel Mapuya, as well as Busi Mathe from Bikita Minerals and Maxwell Murimi from Deportivo La Murambinda.
