DStv Rangers are at home to highflying Jumbo at Old Hararians as the second-placed team seeks to put pressure on the leaders.

Rhinos are on 53 points, while Rangers are on 44 with six games left before the season ends.

Assistant coach for the army side, Matsika Ndega, has already declared his side favourites for the title although he thinks the race is far from being over.

“I think we will be champions. The title is ours to lose now,” said Matsika.

“We won the first match, but it will be a different game altogether. It’s another tough match on our way because DC are currently playing very well. But the boys are motivated by the weekend win and the prospect of winning the league, so I expect them to carry on from where they left,” Matsika added.

At Old Hararians, DStv will be looking for their first set of maximum points in four matches. The Shame Nemasango-coached side have lost once and drawn twice in the last three matches and are now in danger of losing the second position to Power Master and ZPC Kariba, who are both on 43 points.
