BLACK Rhinos picked up an away point as they scored a last-gasp equaliser against Hwange in a Castle Premiership football match played at the Colliery Stadium yesterday.

REPORT BY MAMERY NGWENYA

Fresh from beating Monomotapa in their season opener, Rhinos battled from a goal down to make it four points from two matches.

With missed chances from both sides in the opening 44 minutes, Hwange took the lead on the stroke of half-time after veteran striker Gilbert Zulu was brought down on the edge of the box. Newly-promoted junior Creven Banda then struck a beauty from the resultant free kick to give the hosts the lead. But Lot Chiunga broke the hosts’ hearts with the 87th minute goal for a share of the spoils.
