High Court Judge Joseph Musakwa has postponed bail application hearing from top Human Rights lawyer Beatrice Mtetwa and four staffers from Prime Minister Morgan tsvangirai’s office to Monday.

Musakwa indicated that the state needed time to go through the application filed by the defense’s attorneys yesterday.
Mtetwa and the Premier staffers were arrested on Sunday over allegations that of obstructing the course of Justice and breaking the Official Secrets Act(OSA) respectively.
