Paradzai Chinete of 4151 Unit D, Seke, is alleged to have beaten up her landlady, Mercy Machanza (37), after the two failed to reach a consensus over when the outstanding rentals would be settled.
Chinete appeared before Chitungwiza magistrate Takundwa Mthetwa and was remanded out of custody on $20 bail.
Allegations against Chinete are that on Monday this week at around 8am, she exchanged harsh words with Machanza after the latter asked her when she was going to settle overdue rent.
