CELEBRATED hip-hop artiste, Cal_Vin is set for a rare collaboration with one of Harare’s top urban groove artistes, Trevor Dongo in a rare romance between two different music genres.

Trevor Dongo confirmed the collaboration to NewsDay during his tour of Bulawayo last week.
“We are cooking something nice with Cal_Vin for the fans and very soon a superb track is set be out,” he said.
Dongo is well-known for his Ndashamisika hit, which is still rocking the music scene and has become a club banger.

Cal_Vin said the track was half done and what remained was identifying the beat for the song.
“We are working on some cool tunes with Dongo and the track will be out soon.What is left is identifying the beat,” he said. “The song we are working on is so unique, it is more like a hip-hop and RnB track.”
He said he met Dongo last year and they struck a friendship that has paved way for the collaboration.
“We have mutual respect for each other and that inspired me to do a collaboration with him. What l can promise my fans is cool and beautiful music,” he said.
