The Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights has successfully challenged a decision by Tongogra Rural District Council in Shurugwi to displace 13 villagers in Marira Village to pave way for the expansion of Chachacha Growth Point.
The villagers took the legal route after being served with eviction notices.
