MASHONALAND Central’s The Way were on Saturday crowned winners of the Chibuku Road to Fame talent search, pocketing $5 000, at Glamis Arena on Saturday.

Harare’s Were Sounds had to settle for third place pocketing $3 000 despite being rated as favourites, while Mashonaland West’s Human Life took home $4 000 for scooping the second prize.
The talent search show sponsored by Delta Beverages this year appeared to have been dented by the Commissioner General’s Fun Fair which is traditionally held on the same day.
