This weekend she has a number of shows lined up with Peter Moyo.

“I have always liked to work with artistes from this side and currently we are having a national tour with Peter Moyo,” she added.

The two are scheduled to link up for a show in Mutare today at Pick ‘n’ Save.

Moyo’s manager Sukosile Dube said they have lined up a number of shows with the Botswana artiste.

“We are going to Mutare before we perform in Beitbridge and Esigodini next weekend,” said Dube.

Organisers of the show said it was their pleasure to host the two musicians at his venue.

“Slizer has a big fan base in the country and Peter is at his best with his album Mushonga Mukuru making waves so we will be hosting these two here at Pick ‘n’ Save,” he said.

Slizer is mother to 10-year-old son, Bibo, who also has an album under his belt. She revealed her son was now eager to release a hip-hop album.

“He tells me he now wants to do hip-hop. Perhaps it is the influence from his friends as he grows up,” she said.
