Following the suspension of MDC-T depuy-treasurer Elton Mangoma, the party’s secretary-general Tendai Biti has called for a press conference at his offices in Harare.
Biti is widely believed to be fighting from Mangoma’s corner to oust Morgan Tsvangirai from the helm of the party.
There has also been speculation of a split of the embattled party where Biti is tipped to lead a new movement.
