Tourism and Hospitality Industry minister Walter Mzembi mesmerised fans on Thursday night when he temporarily swapped his ministerial hat with dancing shoes at this year’s launch of the Harare International Carnival at Long Cheng Mall.
Immaculately dressed in the same outfit as Sulumani Chimbetu’s dancers – white shirts, black pants and matching ties- Mzembi easily blended into the band as he flawlessly danced along.
