The woman made the disclosure at the Harare Civil Court last week where she sought a protection order against her husband.
Magistrate Trevor Nyatsanza granted the order and ordered the husband to stay in peace with his wife.
The two have been married since 2007.
“Ever since I was diagnosed with the disease following the birth of our child, he refuses to get me medication and also going for counselling as I had been advised by health professionals who tested me,” she told the courts.
