The International Monetary Fund (IMF) must not fall victim to Zanu PF lies that it is aligning its workforce to meet expected standards by the lender so it lures it to get loans.

In truth, nothing is happening, as the first useless labour the government must do away with are youth officers.

It’s sad that the Zanu PF-led government is holding on to youth officers, who are too many and contributing nothing that warrants them getting monthly salaries of over $400.

These youth officers are being handsomely paid for tormenting opposition members and nothing else as there is nothing to show as their product of work.

Really they must not burden our salary bill. The IMF is now a victim of Zanu PF cunningness as they are being tricked into believing that Zanu PF is sincere.

Important ministries of Health and Education are understaffed as the government is not willing to employ these important people all to keep youth officers. Youth officers are too many as one ward has more five officers.

The IMF must go on the ground and get the correct information than to rely on second-hand information whilst enjoying themselves in Harare’s flashy and expensive hotels. I am afraid if the IMF releases any cent under the present situation, the money will be abused.

When they try to make the Zanu PF government account for the money, they will be told to go and hang.

Why is the IMF saying government is working to sanitise its labour when there are too many ministers and directors who duplicate work?

The IMF must be serious, unless they are working in cahoots with President Robert Mugabe at the expense of the suffering majority of Zimbabweans.
