Thousands of Christians from across Zimbabwe converged at the City of Jesus Auditorium in Kwekwe over the weekend for Grace Abound Church's three-day revival, "Three Days of Glory and Power," where worshippers gathered for prayer, worship, healing and deliverance under the ministry of Prophet Effort Vakai Maposa.

The revival, which ran from Friday to Sunday, featured Holy Communion, family deliverance sessions, mass prayers and the Morning Water Anointing Service, with many congregants sharing testimonies of spiritual renewal, healing and breakthroughs.

The event came just weeks after Prophet Maposa returned from Lagos, Nigeria, where he joined thousands of Christians from around the world at the fifth anniversary commemoration of the late Prophet T.B. Joshua.

The memorial, held at the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), celebrated the renowned preacher's life, ministry and enduring spiritual legacy.

Reflecting on the Kwekwe revival, Prophet Maposa said the gathering had demonstrated that God's power remains unchanged.

"Today, many walked in carrying burdens, but they left carrying testimonies. The God of miracles is still at work, and His power remains the same yesterday, today and forever," he said.

During the final day of the revival, Prophet Maposa ministered the Morning Water Anointing, declaring blessings over the congregation.

"From today, rivers of living water shall flow from your belly. You shall become a solution where there are problems. You shall become an answer where there are questions. You shall become a blessing wherever God sends you. The impossible shall become possible in your life," he declared.

The prophet also encouraged believers to remain steadfast despite challenges.

"The anointing upon your life shall speak louder than every voice of opposition against your destiny," he said during a mass prayer session.

Addressing the congregation after the revival, Prophet Maposa thanked God for the overwhelming turnout and the testimonies recorded during the three-day programme.

"We give all the glory to God for what He has done during these three days. We witnessed lives transformed through healing, restoration, deliverance and salvation. This revival was not just an event but the beginning of a new season for many families."

He urged believers to continue walking in faith and to remain expectant of God's continued work in their lives.

Organisers described the revival as a powerful spiritual gathering in which the sick found renewed strength, the weary received fresh grace, faith was rekindled and worshippers experienced what they described as the transforming power of Jesus Christ.

The church said many attendees left with testimonies of answered prayers and renewed hope.
