Hospitality group Africa Albida Tourism (AAT) has announced senior appointments with Andrew Conn named operations director and Anald Musonza as sales and marketing director, effective July 1.
The group said in statement that the newly-appointed directors are both longstanding members of the AAT team and bring with them extensive industry experience and proven leadership expertise, which have been instrumental in the company’s ongoing success and strategic direction over the years.
In his new role, Conn will oversee the operational performance of the group’s hospitality portfolio, with a focus on service excellence, efficiency, guest experience enhancement and continued growth across the business, the statement said.
Musonza will lead the organisation’s sales and marketing strategies, driving market expansion, brand visibility and revenue growth initiatives across key markets, it said.
Commenting on the appointments, AAT chairperson Dave Glynn said: “We are delighted to confirm the appointments of Mr Conn and Mr Musonza to these key leadership roles within Africa Albida Tourism.
Both individuals have demonstrated exceptional commitment to the business over many years, and their contributions have been instrumental in supporting the company’s strategic objectives and growth initiatives.
