Local concrete manufacturing firm Pavcon Industries has rolled out flexible payment plans aimed at helping households pave their homes and surroundings during the rainy season, a period when many residents struggle with muddy and waterlogged yards.

The company said the initiative was designed in response to challenges faced by families during the wet season, when unpaved spaces often become difficult to navigate.

Speaking on the development, Pavcon Industries chief executive officer Shelton Paza said the company wanted to make home improvement projects more accessible despite economic pressures.

“We understand that during the rainy season, most households experience challenges caused by mud and stagnant water. Paving is no longer a luxury but a practical necessity, and our new payment plans are meant to make it affordable for ordinary families,” said Paza.

Under the new arrangement, clients can secure paving services through staggered payment options, easing the immediate financial burden on households while allowing them to improve their living conditions.

In addition to paving, Pavcon has extended its promotion to include home tiling, offering customers affordable and modern tiling solutions. Homeowners are required to pay only a 70% deposit, with the balance payable at a later date.

“We are also encouraging homeowners to upgrade their interiors. Our tiling promotion allows clients to pay a 70% deposit and complete the balance later, giving families flexibility without compromising on quality or style,” Paza added.

Pavcon Industries said the initiative forms part of its broader strategy to support communities with durable, weather-resistant infrastructure solutions, while stimulating local demand in the construction sector.

The company has positioned the payment plans as a timely intervention as the rainy season intensifies, urging homeowners to take advantage of the offer to improve safety, cleanliness and property value.
