ZIMBABWE'S most followed Facebook/Instagram platform Zimcelebs wants to up its tempo bringing in out of this world techniques all in the name to enhance viewer and listener experience.

Zimcelebs which has a million followers combined on Facebook and instagram   intends to introduce celebrity presenters on its podcast to interview fellow celebrities.

"We are confident that this will enhance our followership experience given this hasn't been done before in Zimbabwe. These celebrities are usually on the hot seat fielding questions from our presenters such as Phatisani Nyathi but if they are birds of the same feather it will be fireworks. Trust me," said Zimcelebs Co-founder Tafadzwa Rusike Gondo in an interview.

Also known as Uncle Munhumutapa , the Zimcelebs co-founder added that the celebrity-interviewers will be coming in on rotational basis. "We have engaged several musicians and Im happy to say Holy Ten has agreed to be the first one," he said. " After Holy Ten, Maskiri has also confirmed he will be the next interviewer," he said.

He also noted that they have a long list of musicians wanting a spot to be grilling their comrades in arms.

"It is very exciting," Uncle Munhumutapa  said adding that there will also be local actors on the set.

Munhumutapa said with musicians or actots being the hosts of Zimcelebs Podcast shows, their interviewees will also be of the same professions.

"The reason why we are doing this is we need to build constructive criticism from our artists. They know the loopholes in their respective industries. They know where they err and so forth so it will be a massive treat for our viewers and listeners," he said.

With these artists trending on social media for one ill or boon, asked if there is a chance of tempers flaring amongst these themselves, Lewis John  said they have put some safety nets to ensure that doesn't happen. "Well in our contracts with these celebrity hosts of the shows, we put a clause which discourages violence. I'm sure if one steps on another's foot, they are all grown ups and have to smoke the peace pipe one way or the other. But I would like to assure the Zimcelebs Podcast buffs there are zero chances for we have a zero tolerance towards violence," he said.
