Zimbabwe's premier property firm has unveiled a new identity, rebranding from House of Stone Properties to HSP Realty.
Officials said this a strategic move designed to propel the company into international real estate markets while preserving its trusted local legacy.
They also said the streamlined name is crafted to resonate across jurisdictions as the firm expands its footprint beyond Zimbabwe.
"The future of real estate is global," said Leonita Mhishi, principal registered estate agent at HSP Realty.
"We have adopted a shorter, stronger and more memorable brand that reflects our growing international presence and our commitment to world-class service."
The company's new visual identity featuring bold burgundy and gold tones embodies trust, prestige, excellence and opportunity, values that will anchor its next growth phase, she said.
She ssid HSP Realty has undertaken a comprehensive internal overhaul, reinforcing leadership frameworks, expanding professional capacity and upgrading operational systems to serve both local and international clients more efficiently.
"Strategic partnerships remain central to the firm's growth strategy, particularly in creating opportunities for buyers, sellers, investors and property developers. The company is also pivoting toward a full-spectrum service model, integrating traditional brokerage with investment facilitation and advisory functions," she said.
"All agreements and ongoing transactions will continue seamlessly under the new HSP Realty banner.
From its head office at 21 Harare Drive, Borrowdale, Harare, the company continues to operate under its enduring tagline: "SPOT IT. SEE IT. SECURE IT."
"This is not just a rebrand; it is a statement of intent," Mhishi added.
"We are building a real estate company that competes globally while remaining anchored in the values that made House of Stone Properties a trusted name in Zimbabwe."
