A fast-growing Bulawayo-based enterprise, Mak-Insight Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, is rapidly establishing itself as a comprehensive one-stop centre for printing, ICT services, academic support, business coaching, and retail products.
Launched in March this year by entrepreneur Makhiwa Sibanda, the company has already expanded its offerings to meet the daily needs of students, professionals, small business owners, and the wider community.
“Mak-Insight Solutions was inspired by a desire to solve everyday service challenges faced by students, professionals, small businesses and community members,” Sibanda said.
The company provides professional services including printing, photocopying, typing, scanning, binding, laminating, document formatting, CV preparation, and design work such as logos, flyers, posters, business cards, and company profiles.
ICT-related services include Wi-Fi access, basic computer support, and digital assistance.
In the academic sphere, Mak-Insight offers research coaching, including SPSS training, Zotero referencing, research methodology guidance, data analysis coaching, and formatting support.
The company strictly provides ethical coaching, never ghostwriting assignments or dissertations.
For small businesses, the firm delivers branding, marketing strategies, business planning, customer service systems, and operational structuring.
Its retail arm supplies stationery, ICT accessories, chocolates, perfumes, perfume oils, and footwear.
“The inspiration came from seeing how many small businesses struggle because they lack structure, branding, proper systems and visibility,” Sibanda said.
“Mak-Insight Solutions is now positioning itself to support business development by helping small businesses create professional business blueprints, marketing materials, social media posters, flyers, labels and operational systems that support growth.”
The company’s long-term vision includes expanding beyond Bulawayo into other provinces and developing digital services such as online marketing, templates, and structured consultancy.
“Our long-term vision is to build a business that grows with technology and remains relevant to changing customer needs,” Sibanda added.
