HARARE, Jul 3 (NewsDay Live)- The Zimbabwe Diaspora Property Showcase will hold its third edition in the United Kingdom this month, with organisers expanding the event to Glasgow and Birmingham - a direct response to growing interest from Zimbabweans living in Scotland.
The showcase, which links Zimbabweans in the diaspora with property developers, financial institutions and legal experts, will start in Glasgow on July 8 before the flagship event in Birmingham on July 11.
Organisers said the expansion follows increasing demand from Zimbabweans based in Scotland seeking credible opportunities to invest in property back home.
"The expansion into Glasgow reflects growing interest from Zimbabweans living in Scotland who continue to seek trusted opportunities to invest back home," the organisers said.
A major highlight of this year’s conference will be discussions surrounding the validation, digitalisation and securitisation of title deeds in Zimbabwe, one of the most important property matters currently affecting homeowners and investors.

According to the organisers, the past two editions attracted hundreds of Zimbabweans, many of whom have gone on to purchase land, build homes and invest in residential developments across the country.
This year's conference comes as Zimbabwe's property sector continues to record growth in demand for residential developments, gated communities and investment properties.
