Tomorrow night, the road to Harare’s biggest Feli Nandi showcase reaches its destination as the award-winning singer brings her nationwide “Road to Fill Up HICC” campaign to the Harare International Conference Centre (HICC) for a live recording that will turn months of touring into one musical homecoming.
Dubbed “A Night with Feli Nandi Vol. 9: Fill Up HICC,” the concert is scheduled for Friday, August 14, with Gateway Stream Media’s official event listing putting the programme at the HICC from 6pm. The supplied press release indicated that gates open at 5pm.
The HICC date is the culmination of Feli Nandi’s nationwide campaign, which has taken her music to audiences around Zimbabwe.
Beyond the spectacle of a major Harare concert, the show has a clear archival purpose: Feli Nandi plans to record the live atmosphere for the next instalment of her “A Night with Feli” series. She previously recorded a live project in 2024.
According to the press release, the programme is expected to feature Tamy Moyo, ExQ, Baba Harare, Victor Kunonga, Mwenje Matole and Kurai Makore, alongside Intotal Band and Fusion 5 Mangwiro. It also proclaims that 20 choir finalists, selected from more than 90 entries nationwide, will perform with Nandi.

Feli Nandi’s manager, Connie Mazani, said that the final preparations were about bringing the national journey together on one stage.
“We are now at the final stage of bringing everything together. The tour has allowed us to connect with audiences across the country, and Friday is about bringing that journey home.”
Gateway Stream Media manager Elton Kurima said preparations had moved into the final production phase, covering the technical setup, stage production, artistes, live band and guest choir.
“We are fully prepared to host the show,” Kurima said, adding that patrons should secure tickets in advance to avoid delays at the venue.
Gateway’s official ticket platform confirms standard admission at US$10, VIP at US$30 and VVIP at US$80. The supplied release also gives a US$5 student rate, subject to valid student identification, and a US$8 MWOS promotion; those promotional terms should be confirmed before print.
