Fake arrest warrant: Net closing in on culprits

The net is closing on judicial officers who allegedly issued a ‘fake’ warrant of arrest that led to the incarceration of a Marondera businessman.

The Judicial Services Commission (JSC) has launched an investigation into the matter.

Lawyers representing businessman Francesco Marconati reported the matter to JSC alleging that the warrant of arrest was signed by an unknown Magistrate.
