A TOP global auto company has opened its first ever customer services centre in Harare with the strategic expansion expected to provide a better and more personalised service to its growing client base in Zimbabwean.

The Harare centre is expected to offer a range of services specifically designed for Zimbabwean customers including placing special orders for vehicles from Japan, facilitating cars that are in transit via Durban and providing complete documentary support for all stages of the import process.

In an interview with NewsDay, UFS chief executive Usman Fatharally, a veteran and expert in the automobile and logistics industry, said their main focus was offering solutions to customers wishing to import motor vehicle from Japan, Thailand, UK, Singapore and South Africa.

“Our primary objective is to make it a hassle-free experience as we offer customs clearance and transport solutions for cars purchased through non-UFS sources,” he said.

“Our team ensures that every detail — from customs paperwork to logistics co-ordination — is handled professionally, allowing our clients a worry-free experience.”

UFS Auto Exports also offers facilitation and purchase services for cars sourced from South Africa.
