Man offers US$10 maintenance

A HARARE man yesterday denied having multiple sources of income in a bid to justify his US$10 offer for the upkeep of his eight-month-old child.

Denis Madzokere told Harare magistrate Ayanda Dlamini that he was unemployed and could not afford what his ex-lover, Nicki Chidzura, was demanding.

Denying claims by Chidzura that he was a shop owner and had a fleet of taxis, he submitted: “I do not own any house or shop to rent out as she is claiming.
