Prophet Salem donates to Jairos Jiri

Salem has been doing charity works since 2016 and is currently in the country where he is donating to various charities.

By Tafadzwa Rusike Gondo South African based Youthful prophet Salem Tanaka Jengeta better known as Prophet Salem Ephias has donated foodstuffs to Jairos Jiri in Waterfalls that will cover all winter.

Salem has been doing charity works since 2016 and is currently in the country where he is donating to various charities.

Last year over 50 Families received basic food stuffs which was a Christmas gift from the prophet to people in Old Highfield.

He also Repainted houses of the elderly people in the community and Over 100 children who could not afford education in the rural areas received assistance from the Youthful prophet .

The 24 year old prophet said He will be making frequent visits to Zimbabwe and assist as many charities as possible.

Asked on why he decided to take this initiative he said

“if you open Acts 20:35 it says … In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work, we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: “It is more blessed to give than to receive…. It is every Christian’s duty to give and help wherever possible so that the Lord will bless us more. We follow the teachings of the bible and live by these teachings “ he said .

Asked about how his calling came about, Salem said he started in 2009 where he served under is mentor

“ As a young boy i was overzealous about the work of GOD as i grew up in a Christian family. From 2009 going further I served under my mentor and spiritual father as an instrumentalist in the praise and worship team. The ministry attracted numerous followers as they followed the uplifting melodies . I got more involved in the work of GOD in the frontline only at the age of 14 and i was then appointed as the Sunday School Leader and 5 years down the line was then appointed as the Youth Pastor” he said.

Salem revealed that he had more charity works in the pipeline and will be frequently visiting zim.
