BY PRIVELEDGE GUMBODETE CITIZENS Coalition for Change (CCC) Interim vice president Tendai Biti’s house late Wednesday night attacked by four unknown armed assailants with machetes.
Speaking to NewsDay, Biti said he suspected that the attack was politically motivated.
“It’s politics, it’s not robbery. There are only two houses in that street and next to my house is an upmarket guest lodge. Common sense would tell you that criminals would likely target the lodge instead of my house,” Biti said.
